Still time to join us in Bournemouth for the Liberal Democrat Conference

This is going to be an important conference as the Liberal Democrats debate their policy on Brexit and for the future of the UK. Jo Swinson is going to propose that we should go into the forthcoming General Election on a manifesto committed to revoking Article 50 and staying in the European Union. This will only happen if there is no referendum beforehand. As Ed Davey wrote in the Independent recently, the party continues to support a PeoplesVote with the option to remain in the EU.

The LibDems in Europe are organizing a fringe meeting on Sunday lunchtime on the rights of UK citizens living abroad. Come and join us. We shall also be organising dinners and coffees together. Please let us know if you want to be added to our WhatsApp group for contact during the conference.
