Dr. Sue Collard of the University of Sussex has just published an article on the politics of overseas voting in the UK
Sue was a speaker at our fringe meeting last year that launched Liberal Democrats Abroad. She has now published an academic article on the enfrachisement of British citizens living overseas. It's a thoughtful look at some of the arguments and the history of voting. The article is currently accessible free of charge here.
